At Wetrooms Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wet room and showering products. If you change your mind, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email or call our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any items back.

  Package Your Items Securely

  Carefully pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Dispatch

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outer transit box and send the parcel via a tracked courier service to our returns warehouse address.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in a resalable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
